I highly recommend this repair shop. I took in my company truck due to breaks needed to be replaced according to dealership. I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience at A&M last week that I thought I would share it to benefit others. Britney and Adam were absolutely great. They did a free diagnostic on my car which took about 45 minutes. Then they sent me a text with all of the recommendations for repair/maintenance that came complete with pictures of various parts of my vehicle and they were ranked by color code for which things were more urgent than others. This helped me prioritize what needed to be done now versus later. I told them what I wanted to spend and they helped me allocate the money in the best way to get the urgent stuff taken care of that day. Also, Adam came out with his laptop and went over why my car was sluggish when I would give it gas and that it was a specific issue with my make/model/year of Hyundai and what could be remedy this in the future, though it wasn't super urgent. Britney gave me a clear estimate of repairs and timeframe (only an hour! it would have been a whole afternoon at my dealership) and allowed me to play on my laptop on their luxury couch in their air conditioned waiting room. They finished the repairs in the allotted timeframe and had me out of there within about two hours of my arrival. They charged me less than half of what the dealer would have charged. This is assuming, of course, that the dealer would have made the proper and relevant recommendations to begin with. All in all, it was a great experience and I will taking all of our vehicles there going forward. Thanks Adam and Britney for a great experience and for making me feel like I wasn't getting gouged in spite of my "vehicular ignorance".

Took my moms 1993 or three grand Marquis‘s, I did a detail bumper to bumper evaluation on the car and then sent me pictures through my cell phone on email and text messaging so I could see it in the comfort of my hand! I realize I have written a review before but when you experience such admirable service it's hard not to recognize the individuals that provide it!

My sons Mazda 3 had new brake pads and rotor surfacing completed by A & M less than a year ago. Over the past couple weeks, my son noticed noises when he applied his brakes. He took it back into A & M and after some research they had concluded that the parts were not working properly and Adam did the entire repair free of charge. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they remembered my brother who was the one that recommended them to me. Each staff member was so friendly and accommodating, even if they were just walking in and out of the office. Highlt recommende this company! We avoid mechanics at all costs because of the cost! Finally I was in a situation that even my husband admitted we needed a mechanic. I've used A & M Automotive several times recently, and I'm pleased each time. They are surprisingly knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable priced. They seem to have a large clientele, and greet customers by name in a way that suggests they've been coming there for a while.

I found them by looking at Yelp. A & M has 4.5 stars and over 60 reviews, and while that's unusual, having been there, I understand.

Brittany, the office manager, always answers my questions thoroughly and explains my options. She's been in automotive quite a while and is surprisingly knowledgeable. A & M seems like the "go to" place in the area.

They have a nice, air conditioned waiting room with tv, which I really appreciated this summer when they fixed my A/C.

I trust them, which is at the top of my checklist.

Brittney the store manager and the mechanic Sam were absolutely wonderful. I was passing through, but this place got the best reviews so I went here. Sure enough, they were honest as could be. They went above and beyond to bring value and find solutions to all the issues I had with my 2003 Toyota Highlander. Took our car in to have the rear air that was not working on our pilot fixed. The first thing I noticed was how professional everyone was. It's such a change from other repair places I have been to. Problem solved! My engine oil leak has stopped for two months now. Thanks to A & M Automotive. No thanks to the other two Lake Elsinore repair shops who charged me over $1500 for an oil leak. I recently had a crazy situation where I was planning to sell my car and the battery died that morning. The jump-start of the car triggered an anti-theft "Check Engine" light and I couldn't smog the car for the sale.

After 3 places were unable to help me in a timely fashion, I found A&M. They totally saved me and gave me all the info I needed in order to be know that I could sell my car in good conscience (there wasn't an issue, but it was just an anti-theft feature) and how to pass smog without issues.

Adam and his staff are the most professional and honest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had my wife's 2013 Fiat towed to A & M due to her clutch failing. Adam did some research and called me immediately to let me know that there was a recall on the clutch and advised me to take the vehicle to the dealership saving us over $1000.00. Now any other mechanic could have just told us we needed a new clutch and charged us but Adam treated us with respect and honesty instead of thinking of the bottom line. I had a Kia Rio that was a complete and total lemon. But anytime I ever needed work done on it I went to A&M. They are consistently professional, kind, fair priced and have a lot of integrity in the work they provide. My timing belt broke and they charged me $900 less than what others quoted. Do your home work, research if you want. But A&M will stand up to the highest scrutiny. The last time I brought my car in they completely opened it up and carefully diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my car, and even though I decided not to fix it , and just to sell my car finally, they didn't charge me a dime. This is an honest and honorable mechanic shop, who even knew such a thing existed? A&M customers know.

I would recommend A&M to any one in need of quality repair or maintenance of their vehicle. They are very professional and fair in their pricing. Their repair reporting system is great because you can see their work, notes, and recommendations and schedule your repairs as needed. My daughter's car recently had an emergency situation that required acquired attention, and they handled it very well. She said her experience was very positive, they had excellent communication, and were very efficient in diagnosing the problem and giving her recommendations. She also liked the electronic reporting system. I think they are a top notch shop and you would be in good hands.

We were able to be squeezed in the same day for a system check on our car! They ran the check, let us know exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. Great communication and they didn’t try to up charge us or recommend things that didn’t need to be done. Very professional and great work!
